OCCUPATION

I am an experienced real estate agent with Prudential California Realty.  My area of expertise is South Orange County.  I am extremely skilled in knowing the area; marketing properties; negotiation purchases and resolving complex problems.  My communication skills with clients and affiliates (i.e. lenders, escrow companies, title companies) are excellent.  I have been a realtor for over ten years.  It is my second career.  I enjoy being a realtor, it's very rewarding when you assist a buyer find "the perfect home" and help a seller maximize profits and minimize stress during the sale of their home.

EDUCATION

I graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting.

PREVIOUS OCCUPATION

For over 22 years, I was employed by the County of Orange.  During that time I worked for three separate departments: I was an Accountant/Manager in the Auditor-Controller's Department; a Contract Manager in the Health Care Agency; and the Financial Administrator in the Sheriff-Coroner's Department.  Of all my years with the County, the Sheriff's Department was the most challenging and dynamic.  When you worked for the Sheriff, you were on call 24/7 whether you were a police officer or an administrator.

HOBBIES

Although at times Real Estate seems like my life, there is time available for a few other fun things such as: cooking, especially desserts; family, we have five remaining sons, five daughter-in-laws and many grandchildren; gardening, dealing with plants and pests; and traveling with friends.
